For a project acquiring a new software program, the customer provides us with documents and references on the engineering and theoretical aspects of the project subject. The analytical solution to the problem is given to us together with project requirements. For a project requiring to modify an existing software program, the customer supplies the existing program source listings, sample input and output data, the source program documentation and project requirements.
We shall study, determine and document the scope and limitations of a given software project. We develop logical approaches in applying efficient software techniques (structured analysis, design, programming and object technology) to realize and implement the software solution for the project. We employ, in line with MIL/DOD/IEEE standards, systematic, multi-phase life-cycle (requirements analysis, program design, program code construction, program testing and certification, installation and maintenance) to construct and regulate software systems. We produce the required documents which not only serve as checkmark evidences to all stages of the development process but also provide monitorings in regard to schedules, plans and estimates of the project .
Project administration and management will be aimmed at organizing and planning the project tasks, as well as directing the project execution. Monitoring and evaluation of project performance and necessary project corrective actions will be carefully conducted. Formal project reviews will be given regularly to inform the customer of project progress and to show compliance with project requirements. At the end of the project development, a phase-out plan pertaining to the project will be developed and final project report will be composed.
